The only way to keep our skin healthy is to start on the inside. What we eat not only effets us health wise, it is crucial to our skin also. Eating the right food, results in smoother, luminous, younger looking skin. We all what to look our best in everyway and we found that eating these skin foods are a great way to improve your over all health. Number one thing is to make sure you are loading up on your fruits and vegetables. If you stay consistant and eat them regularly you will find they are not only good for a good caloric content of food; they do wonders for your skin!
Avocados are a fruit that is filled with vitamin C and E, these vitamins works towards fighting the effects of aging. Avocados also has what we call good fats, this means they are loaded with Omega-3 fatty acids; which also improves the quality of your skin.
Blueberries, blackcurrants, raspberries, cranberries, strawberries and acai berry( has the most antioxidant content among any fruit). When you eat foods that are rich in antioxidants the effect on your body is that free radicals will be neutralized. Berries are a great source of vitamin C and E, riboflavin, and fibers. More importantly, these natural ingredients in berries help with free racicals that helps premature skin aging. They also help the body manufacture collagen, which make the skin smooth.

Green Tea is very good for our over all health. I have a couple cups daily, I have found that it makes me feel better and yes I can say my skin benefits from this. Green tea can be used for a remedy for acne. It is a potent antioxidant. With green tea you will get your daily dose of vitamin C, D and K, which our body needs.
Mackerel, salmon, sardines and fresh tuna is foods that are great for your skin because they contain Omega-3 oils that help decrease the chances of your skin clogging and improves elasicity. Fatty acids are very good for your over all health, but also improves the quality of your skin making it suppler and younger-looking.
Oysters is an excellent source of Zinc. It helps renew and revitalize your skin and produce collagen.
Promegranate fruits or juice are also high in antioxidant content. Promegranate contains Anthocyannis, which help to strengthen the wall of the tiny blood vessels which supplies skin with the nutrients it needs. The benefit to your skin is the prevention of varicose veins.
Spinach is rich in alpha-lipoic acid and litein. The two of them work great against skin aging with anti-inflammatory benefits.

Peroxide
I read an aticle that Claudia emailed me last year about Peroxide vs. Bleach. The article claim that bleach was developed as part of the military chemical weapon arsenl in the 1940s before World WarII. Peroxide(H202) on the other hand was brought into use earlier in the 1920s during World WarI as a non-toxic solution to clean hospitals and provide sanitary needs for the troops. The artical went on to say that peroxide was better for cleaning, disinfected, healing of wounds, mouthwash, laundry and etc. Claudia and I decided to put this to the test. Both of us had a bottle of peroxide, as most people do in their homes. The first thing that excited me about using peroxide was the low cost and through this article you will see how much money can be saved. There are so many different products, this product will replace and you can buy a gallon of peroxide for under $2.00. That is priceless in it self! Starting with what peroxide can do for your homes. I replaced my glass cleaner with it. I take 50/50 peroxide and water. Cleaning your glass with this is amazing! It cleans the glass and mirrors in my home really well and no streaks I have to deal with. Sometimes I would have to go over my glass twice, with my old glass cleaner. You can use it to clean your countertops, bathroom vanities, toliets, dusting, etc. It gets them clean, disinfected and give your home a nice fresh natural smell. If you put a cup of peroxide in your whites(laundry), it does the same thing as bleach; but without ruining the material over time. Soak your tooth brushes over night in a cup of peroxide, it kills the bacteria. If you brush your teeth with peroxide, they will get whiter. Use as a mouth wash, like I said it kills bacteria so helps freshen the breath. Claudia and I now use peroxide for our skin toner. Peroxide is the real toner! Using this as a toner, my skin is alot more even and toned than it has been in a long time. Spray 50/50 peroxide and water in your hair after wash, you will find that your hair over time will get it’s natural highlights. If you spray your 50/50 solution in your nostrils it will kill the bacteria of colds and plugged sinus; just hold for a minute then blow your nose. For tooth pain 3% peroxide in mouth will lessen the pain greatly. Soaking your wounds in peroxide heals wounds better than most store brought product. Claudia just told me about a kid that got poison ivy and his mother cleaned and soaked in peroxide, then took the vacuum hose against the poison ivy; “stopped itching and healed faster than any store brought product has”. I’m just saying people! It gets blood stains out of clothes! The best way for it to completely take the blood out is to pore it on the stain right away, it will total lift the stain out of the material. I was proud to switch to this, it saved me money on so many products that I will never use again. This product does a better job than most high priced cleaners and other products that you use at home. Our goal is always to be healthy on the inside out; so we love things that can be used both in and outside of our bodies. Coconut oil is a rich moisturizer, doesn’t cost very much and is versatile. This oil can be used for cooking, skin, shaving, hair treatment and even sex. Of course we love focusing on gluten-free products and coconut oil is one of those things that are. It has a haunting, nutty, vanilla flavor; so it has benefits in baked goods better than butter. We found that this oil is rich and milder tasting. The natural sweetness shines in baked goods. Not only is this oil tasty in baked goods, Claudia found that it good to swap coconut oil for roasting and some frying. Baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, brussell’s sprouts, carrots, asparagus, broccoli and other veggies are also foods that are great to cook in coconut oil too. Those are just the things internally you can use it for. If you use it for shaving, you get a closer shave and don’t have to moisturizer after.
