Benefits of Bee Pollen

I had a relative of mine ask me to do a article on how bee pollen is benefical to us. Taking it regularly makes her feel more energized through the day. So when I told Claudia about it, she had taken once regularly and knew it had some healthy benefits also. I had never heard anything about bee pollens benefits. This is why I do what I do, because sometimes we just don’t know. Well I am here to tell you guys what I know; thank to my cousin Kneene for messaging me and asking me to do a article on the benefits of bee pollen. It is said that bee pollen enhance your immune system with a high content of vitamin C. Our body doesn’t store or produce vitaminC, so it is important to aquire it daily. It also is a prevention of cancer, helps in weight loss, and good for better looking skin. It is packed with lots of vitamins and minerals that our body needs. It contains plenty of enzymes that attribute to your body’s ability to digest food and properly absorb nutrients. Enzymes are important for breaking down the “fibrin” coating that protect cancer cells from the immunocytes that normally destory’s them. The amino acids in bee pollen helps your body burn more calories. Your body has to work extra hard to break the molecules down. Bee pollen benefit it’s ability to prevent acne and wrinkles. It is flooded with various different vitamins, minerals, and enzymes, which are great for keeping youthful skin. The key ingredient vitamin B yield multiple effects; including decrease hyperpigmentation, stress relief, and the cleansing of toxins. The vitamin C and E in bee pollen can protect you from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays. We found that bee pollen’s minerals, such as calcuim, iron, potassium and zinc can increase your mental focus and learning potentail. These minerals can be essential for the proper functioning of the heart, kidney’s and nerves. Also helps with muscle contractions and promotes the release of neurotransmitters. The vast amount of iron will supply your cells with the elements they need in order to maintain your good health. Out of everything Claudia and I research, this has the most benefits to me so far. Just keep in mind that if your going to make bee pollen a part of your diet, it is crucial that bee pollen is harvested from a healthy region and preserved in the proper fashion. The regions we harvest bee pollen from, must be free of pollution. Suppliers who do not adhere to proper preservation methods, risk spoiling their bee pollen; inevitably result in the production of low-quality supplements. When you check a bee pollen supplement out, make sure the pollen was freeze dried. That is the best way to store it.
